Architectural Control Committee

The term ACC stands for Architectural Control Committee.

Per Chapter 4 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) of the Discovery Crest neighborhood, this committee consists of 3 Discovery Crest homeowners  and 2 Board Members that have the responsibility and authority to approve or disapprove modifications to property by enforcing the terms and conditions of the CC&R's that were agreed to by all homeowners in Discovery Crest.  The committee members are elected to a 1-year term at the annual homeowner's meeting.

Any changes to the exterior of a property in Discovery Crest must be approved by the ACC.  Some examples include but are not limited to  painting, roofing replacement, exterior painting, fencing, outbuildings, structural modifications, solar panels, and satellite dishes.
